Sarada Fertilizers provides domestic biogas plants, biogas-related products and accessories for suitable household and organic-waste applications.
Our products are intended to help customers manage biodegradable waste and recover useful biogas and digestate through anaerobic digestion.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, GST is additional.
Transportation, installation, site preparation and additional accessories may involve separate charges.
Sarada Fertilizers reserves the right to change product prices at any time. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
5. ORDERS
Placing an order through the website does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
An order will be considered confirmed after:

Sarada Fertilizers does not store complete credit/debit card information on its own systems when payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

The customer must provide accurate delivery information and ensure reasonable access to the delivery location.
8. INSTALLATION

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation location is suitable and accessible.
Installation requirements may include suitable space, inlet/outlet arrangements, gas piping, ventilation, drainage and other site conditions depending on the model.
Any installation service or installation charge will be communicated separately where applicable.
9. BIOGAS OPERATION & SAFETY
Biogas is a combustible gas and must be handled responsibly.
Customers must:
- Follow the supplied installation and operating instructions.
- Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Use suitable gas piping, valves and appliances.
- Keep ignition sources away from areas where gas may accumulate.
- Avoid unauthorized modifications to the plant or gas system.
- Arrange installation and servicing through appropriately qualified persons where required.
Sarada Fertilizers shall not be responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification or failure to follow safety instructions.
10. BIOGAS PRODUCTION
Biogas production is influenced by several factors, including:
- Type of organic waste
- Quantity of waste
- Feeding frequency
- Temperature
- Digestion conditions
- Retention time
- Plant operation and maintenance
Therefore, Sarada Fertilizers does not guarantee a fixed quantity of gas production under every operating condition.
11. CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND
Cancellation, return and refund eligibility depends on the product, order status and whether the product has already been dispatched, customized or installed.
Customers should contact Sarada Fertilizers as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Products that have been installed, customized or used may not be eligible for return.
Any approved refund will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to the applicable refund policy.
12. DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY
Customers should inspect the product when it is delivered.
If visible damage is found, the customer should immediately document the damage with photographs/videos and contact Sarada Fertilizers.
Claims may require photographs, videos, invoice details and other information necessary for assessment.
13. WARRANTY
Where a product carries a warranty, the warranty will be governed by the specific warranty terms applicable to that product.
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by:
